thinking about coffee as a daily (un)habit, eating habits
@pixouls i quit about 2 years ago as i noticed it was making me anxious after drinking it and groggy before drinking it. i took a break from caffeine (and moved a lot slower in general for a while while adjusting) and now i do 1 cup of green tea and a fruit smoothie in the morning. i also started having a little ashwagandha root powder every day.
i still occasionally drink delicious fancy (decaf) coffee drinks at my local coffee shop..
